CARLOS ROSERO
Chief Executive Officer
Carlos Rosero is a private equity executive and career entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in real estate, capital markets, and risk advisory. He is the CEO of InvestX Group, a Miami-based private equity firm focused on real estate investments and development. Carlos founded InvestX to pursue value-add opportunities in South Florida through a strategy driven by innovation, growth, and long-term value creation.
Mr. Rosero also previously founded WorkX Management, a commercial real estate investment and management company actively invested in coworking and office space properties in the Brickell Financial District in Miami.
Mr. Rosero formerly served as Senior VP, Capital Markets in Miami for a private equity firm, where he was responsible for deal flow, capital raising, and supporting the corporate structuring of the firm’s real estate division. He also established partnerships and working relationships with Family Offices and investment firms to co-invest in the firm’s offerings.
Earlier in his career, he held the positions of Vice President and Managing Director at global consulting firms, where he advised multinational corporations, investment funds, and foreign government agencies on complex business matters. He later established Transparency Global Advisors, a risk advisory firm providing compliance consulting services focused on Enhanced Due Diligence and AML Programs for financial institutions and Fortune 500 companies.
He is a member of the Financial and International Business Association (formerly Florida International Bankers Association) and the Miami Finance Forum, as well as President and Board Member of a community non-profit organization and Advisor to a fintech company.

MARC BONORINO
Chief Operating Officer
Marc Bonorino is an executive with 20+ years of experience in fund structuring, capital
formation, and global compliance. Marc has worked across the U.S., Latin America, Europe, Africa, Canada, and Australia, and has held senior compliance leadership roles at Family Offices and private investment firms. At InvestX Group, Marc supports real estate developer-
focused financing solutions with a strong foundation in corporate governance, risk management.

PETER GOLD
Chief Financial Officer-CFO
Peter Gold is a successful business executive with experience across multinational technology, AI, social gaming, media, and manufacturing companies. He has a proven track record at both the operating and board levels and was part of the senior management team that built a global gaming business from its early stage to a $1.3 billion exit. He has conducted successful M&A deal negotiations, approvals, due diligence, and post-acquisition integrations on deals worth over $250 million.

Victor Arca supports InvestX Capital in a business advisory capacity, with a focus on capital strategy and development of the firm’s private equity transactions. He assists teams in refining project positioning, coordinating diligence efforts, and keeping key stakeholders
aligned from early discussions through closing. Victor brings experience across the U.S., Latin America, and Europe, with exposure to distinct market dynamics in both real estate and fintech.

What is tokenized real estate?
Tokenized real estate refers to the process of dividing ownership of a property into digital tokens on a blockchain. Each token represents a fractional share of the asset, allowing investors to buy, sell, or trade ownership stakes with ease. This model lowers the minimum investment required and provides transparency through on-chain records of token movements and asset performance.
How are returns distributed?
Returns are generated from rental income, property appreciation, or other revenue streams from the underlying real estate. We distribute earnings quarterly to token holders via the platform. Investors can track distribution dates and amounts in real-time through their dashboard, ensuring clarity and timely access to funds.
Can I sell my tokens at any time?
After an initial lock-up period (typically 6–12 months for project stability), tokens can be sold on our regulated secondary marketplace. This marketplace provides liquidity and a transparent mechanism to buy or sell tokens at market-driven prices.
What are the risks involved?
As with all real estate investments, risks include market fluctuations, construction delays, and regulatory changes. We mitigate these risks through thorough due diligence, insured construction contracts, and partnerships with reputable developers and technology providers.
